We believe that learning is a joy when it is driven by internal motivation and that we need to provide an environment which encourages curiosity, one where it is safe to take chances and make mistakes. This approach will encourage students to be engaged with their learning and the world around them.
We are curious about our students, about what motivates, interests and regulates them and this understanding underpins our relationships. We are adaptable and use a range of methods and resources to encourage reciprocal interactions and facilitate learning.
